すし飯 Sushi Rice
●Ingredients(4 servings)
Rice 2 cups 360g
Water 560cc
Konbu Kelp 5cm
*Sushi Vinegar
4Tbsp rice vinegar
3Tbsp sugar
1.5 tbsp salt
●Directions
1. Cook rice
The amount of water for cooking sushi rice is
a little less than that used in cooking regular rice.
2. Stir together all sushi vinegar ingredients.
3. Transfer hot rice to a large wooden sushi bowl,
making a mound. Poue sushi vinegar over, and mix
rice by cutting cross it in a fast slashing motion,
then cool it by fanning.
