焼きしいたけポン酢あえ Grilled Mushrooms with Lemon-Soy Sause

● Ingredients(4 servings)

Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms 20pcs. 400g
Salt
Lemon Soy Sauce (or Ponzu)

◆Directions

1. Remove stems of shiitake mushrooms, wipe dust off caps, and
sprinkle with salt.

2. Place mushrooms on a cooking grill, and grill both sides over medium
heat until done.

3. Arrange in serving bowls and add lemon soy sauce(or Ponzu)
