あさりの酒蒸し Asari Clams steamed with Japanese Sake

●Ingredients (4 servings)

20 clams 400g
salt
5cm Japanese leek
sake 200cc
1 tbsp light soy sauce

◆Directions

1. Let the clams in salted water(1 tbsp slat to 200cc water) to allow them to expel sand.
Wash clams well,rubbing shells against each other.

2. Slit leek lengthwise, remove core, and slice into fine julienne strips.

3. Place clams in a skillet, add sake, cover and heat on high.

4. When clams are open, season with light soy sauce.

5. Serve clams with pan juices and garnish with leek.
