そぼろ丼  Minced Chicken and Egg Bowl

◆Ingredients(4 servings)

Rice 2 cups 360g

●Minced Chicken Topping

Ground chicken 300g
5 Tbsp Sake
2 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp mirin
5 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh ginger juice

●Egg Topping

4 eggs
3 Tbsp mirin
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt

● 3Tbsp boiled green peas

◆Directions

1.Cook rice

2.Place ground chicken, seasonings and ginger juice in a skillet, mix well
and brown , stirring.

3. Beat eggs, miz with seasonings, and cook in skillet, stirring with chopsticks.
Cook until moisture is almost gone.

4. Parboil green peas briefly.

5. Arrange chicken and egg toppings side by side on hot rice in bowls, making
two patches, and sprinkle with green peas.
