カツ丼 Pork Cutlet Bowl
Rice 2 cups 360g
4 pork cutlets
onion 1/2 70g
1 bunch mitsuba(trefoil)
1 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp soy sauce
2．Cut pork cutlet 3/4-inch wide strips.
3. Cut onion into thin slices, mitsuba
into 3/4-inch lengths.
4. Place mirin in a saucepan, bring to
a boil,add dashi,sugar, and soy sauce,
and bring back to boil.
5. Make 1 serving at a time.
Divide ingredients into 4 protions.
Place onion and sauce in a small killet
and cook for 3 minutes, add mitsuba and
pork cutlet, cook quickly.
Add beaten egg in a circular motion,
and cook until egg is half done.
6. Slide the cutlet topping onto hot
rice in a bowl.
