鶏の竜田揚げ Deep-Fried Marinated Chicken

●Ingredients(4 servings)

Chicken thigh 400g

●Seasoning Sauce

2 Tbsp Sake
2 Tbsp Mirin
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh ginger juice

●Batter

2 egg whites
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp finely chopped scallions
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger

●Cornstarch, Oil, 4 lemon wedges

◆Directions

1.Cut chicken into 3cm cubes.

2. To make batter、beat egg whites until frothy, add cornstarch, scallions, ginger
and mix lightly.

3. Pat chicken dry, dust with cornstarch and mix lightly.

4. Preheat oil to 330-340F. Coat chicken well with batter and deep-fry until brown.

5. Arrange chicken on serving plates with lemon wedges.
