◆英日で学ぶ菜根譚(さいこんたん)「儒仏道の教えを融合した人生の書」

【英語翻訳版】

One whose disposition is conscientious will be attentive
toward himself, attentive toward others.
He will be attentive in all things.
Once whose disposition is indifferent will be unreserved
toward himself, unreserved toward others,
He will be unreserved in all affairs.
Therefore, the gentleman,
In all those things for which he habitually has a taste,
Should not lean toward the overly gorgeous.
Neither should he incline toward the elegantly simple.
